Withdrawal Period
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the conclusion of the contract.

Withdraw from Contract
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Special Information for Digital Services and Digital Content
For digital services, memberships, online courses, AI tutors, AI coaches and other digital products, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if:
- you have expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired; and
- you have acknowledged that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, where permitted by applicable law.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded or may expire early in cases provided for by law.
The applicable provisions of European Union consumer protection law and the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Für Learneasy würde ich zusätzlich im Checkout eine verpflichtende Checkbox einbauen, damit bei deinen KI-Abos, Tutoren und Coaches die Voraussetzungen für das vorzeitige Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts bei digitalen Leistungen möglichst sauber dokumentiert werden. Das ist für dein Geschäftsmodell wahrscheinlich wichtiger als der eigentliche Widerrufsbutton.
